There is a lot of talk about data privacy these days—and for good reason. Protecting your personal data is something we take very seriously, so we want to provide you with the information you need to feel confident in how your data will

Before we provide a lot of technical information like how data is stored and encrypted, let us first share with you why we use data to improve learning opportunities and outcomes through Hoonuit.
As you use our services, our goal is to minimize the information gathered while still maximizing the value that information can provide in delivering you relevant learning opportunities and outcomes.

Infobase Learning Cloud and Hoonuit, LLC doing business as Atomic Training and their affiliates (“Atomic Learning”) recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others who use www.Atomiclearning.com or atomictraining.com or any
of their affiliated websites (“User” or “Users”) value their privacy. This Privacy Notice details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the Website (“Website”).
Our reference to “you” or “your” means not only Users, but also includes any person or entity who may administer any internal network through which a User may access the Website. A reference to "us" or “we”
means Atomic Learning. By using this Website, not only do You agree to this Privacy Policy and Notice, but so does any person or entity who administers any internal network through which access is granted to Atomic Learning.
Your use of the Website and any personal information you provide on the Website remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use. Please note that any video, image, or other content posted at the direction of Users
onto the Website becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Notice.
The Information Atomic Learning Collects
- User Provided Information: You may provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, student ID number, role as teacher or student, institution name, building name, IP address, personnel
ID, assessment title and scores and learning objects viewed, grade, area of student or institution to Atomic Learning when setting up Your account, by you or by an administrator, and also by choosing to participate in various
activities on the Website such as uploading videos or documents, posting messages, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists. The minimum student information data needed to support the most basic use
of the Website is username and role as student or teacher. If no additional information is collected and stored, functionality including notifications, reports, customization, and assessments may be limited.
- Cookies Information: When you visit the Website, we may send one or more cookies to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Atomic Learning may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent
cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. You can remove cookies with most Web browsers by following its instructions. A session cookie is temporary
and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your Web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, but some features of the Website may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies
is disabled.
- Log File Information: When you use the Website, our servers automatically record certain information that your Web browser sends whenever you visit any Website. These server logs may include information such as your Web
request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring /exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time
spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
- Clear GIFs Information: When you use the Website, we may employ "clear GIFs" (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner).
In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
- Google Analytics: Infobase Learning Cloud uses Google Analytics to help analyze how visitors use our sites, applications, and online services. Google Analytics collects visitor information like IP addresses, browser types, the accessing
app, unique user webpage visits, referring pages and websites. Hoonuit does not use Google Analytics to collect any personally identifying information from users. Hoonuit uses the data collected in Google Analytics to provide statistical
analysis of web page traffic patterns to assist in improving our solutions and services.
The Way Atomic Learning Uses Information
- If you or your administrator submit personally identifiable information to us through the Website, then you consent to us using your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Website
to support the educational purpose as well as providing you with any requested information, goods, or services or information about additional goods or services. You may opt-out of us using your personal information but you may be
unable to use or access any goods or services.
- Any personal information, documents or video content that you voluntarily disclose online may become publicly available and can be collected and used by others with access. Your account name (and your email address if you have so chosen)
may be displayed to other Users. Any videos and documents that you submit to the Website may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels.
- We do not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Website changes or for
customer service purposes).
- We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design
of the Website and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.
- We may use cookies, clear GIFS, and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Website; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information;
(c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.
When Atomic Learning Discloses Information

- We do not share your personally identifiable information (such as name or email address) with other, third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use.
- We do not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Website changes or for
customer service purposes).
- We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, referring /exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, aggregated data, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding
the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Website.

Your Choices
You or your administrator may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Website, in which case Atomic Learning may not be able to provide certain services to you. You may update or correct your personal
profile information and email preferences at any time by visiting your account profile page. Please note that media files uploaded by Users to the Website cannot be removed and remain subject to our Terms of Use.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your
unique password and account information at all times.
Links to Other Websites
The Website may include links to other Websites, however by doing so we assume no responsibility for the information practices of those Websites accessed from AtomicLearning.com or Atomictraining.com. Links to other sites do not imply affiliation
or endorsement of any kind.
Our Commitment To Data Security
Atomic Learning uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you
transmit to Atomic Learning and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Atomic Learning makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that
this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
If Atomic Learning learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps, but we do not guarantee that we will provide you such notice. Atomic Learning
may post a notice on the Website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Atomic Learning requires that You do not submit any personally identifiable information (including names, email addresses or other such information) from persons under 18 years of age, and asks that you do not use personally identifiable
information as login addresses. Atomic Learning does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 18. If Atomic Learning learns that personally identifiable information of persons under
18 years of age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then Atomic Learning may seek to delete this information.
Special Note to International Users
The Website is hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to Users in the United States. If you are a User accessing the Website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal
data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Website, which are governed by U.S. law, this Privacy Notice, and our Terms of Use, you are transferring

Infobase Learning Cloud Privacy Policy may be revised periodically. In the event of a material change in the management of User data, Hoonuit will post those changes to www.atomiclearning.com/privacy-policy and update the "Date Last Modified".
